Welcome to Penguonia v2!

Hello everyone, and welcome to the new look Penguonia!

Outside of the Christmas pictures, this is the first time I've been able to address you all directly. Last Christmas I thought we'd gotten into double figures of readers, so maybe we've breached the 20 mark now! At that time, I promised that we'd have some new features this year, and here they are! Sorry about the delay, but My Web Monkey Martin and myself have been very busy over the last year. We are both very lazy people too, but there has been a lot on.

You are now able to comment on all of the comics in Penguonia, as well as your favourite and least favourite characters. I have a news section so I can keep you up to date with any developments. There will be polls in the future so I can ask you all your opinions on certain things, and finally there's a PayPal donation section, so if you have enjoyed reading the comic and would like to support it, then you can pass on some pennies to us.

I hope you have been enjoying the comic over the last few years, and hope you continue to enjoy it in the years to come.

As a closing to this first News Article, I'd like to give you some inside knowledge as to what's been going on recently. There have been some specific delays to the new website in the last few months. We were going to have the website change to coincide with the first Penguonia comic to have colour in it, which would have been on September the 18th, but as fate would have it - Martin's wife was due to give birth that week too, so I re-wrote Penguonia to give us some more time. This website and the comic as a whole would not be possible without the technical know how of Martin, and the initial inspiration of his wife Karen, so I was more than happy to add in some more comics to give martin some more time. So the version of "The Skeletal War" that you are reading now I have been affectionatley refferring to as the "Baby Fraser Version", and I would like to dedicate the comic on the 9th October 2009 to Megan Fraser. Welcome to the world!
