The poll for the next story arc is now closed. Penguin Jack & his friends got 15% (4 votes), The Penguin Kurgan & the One Eyed Penguin got 31% (8 votes) and The Penguin of the Two Swords & Penguin Hashim won with 54% (14 votes).

I was quite surprised that they won, but I am really looking forward to their story arc now.
