Battered and bruised, the Penguin of the Two Swords managed to get to his feet in time to see the imposter floating slowly through the ruined walls, summoning more of his creatures from the city.

Well it was the name of the Gang Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were in, so that fits.
