Penguin Abdul introduced himself to his Lord and told him that several months after he left, the Penguin Vizier started sending the palace guard away and replaced them with scorpion-like creatures. They started raiding the city and settlements, taking penguins to the dungeons and bringing back artefacts for their master. Only a few penguins have been kept in the palace as servants.
